Refund Conditions
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, provided that:
The item is in unused and undamaged condition.

The item should have its original tags and packaging.

Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team via email (support@conscific.store) or phone, explaining the reason for your return and providing your order number.

Obtain Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide a return authorization number and a detailed return address.

Package the Item: Please pack the item securely, including the return authorization number and the original receipt. If possible, use the original packaging.

Return the Item: Return the item to the designated address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retain your mailing receipt to ensure your package arrives safely.

Exchange Conditions
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these conditions:
The item must be in unused and undamaged condition.

The item should have its original tags and packaging.

For exchanges, please clearly state your desired exchange and the item you wish to replace in Step 1. Our customer support team will assist you with the process.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will complete the review within 5 business days and update you on the return status via email.

If your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days of approval. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used for the original purchase.

Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Goods: If the goods you receive are damaged during transit or have other defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to product defects or company error.
